Come and strengthen the Autohero team in our ultra-modern production center in Oosterhout, where the future of car repair becomes reality.

Our Manufacturing department is responsible for the supply chain behind the online used car buying experience for private customers from the repair of a vehicle through to delivery by our glass truck or transport to the collection location.

We are fast, data-driven and efficient. But that's not enough for us Our goal is to redefine the used car market for private customers using a first-class manufacturing process.

As part of the Business Development team in our Production Center in Oosterhout, you will work together with our European production facilities to take our production process to a new level.

  • You are responsible for new and existing projects in different departments and ensure that they are implemented and executed on time, you successfully navigate simultaneous work with all responsible parties within the European team
  • Managing various cross-functional and international projects based on data-driven insights with the aim of achieving more than the desired result.
  • Coordinate projects and process implementation with other EU Autohero stakeholders to ensure project goals and deadlines are met
  • Analyzing all processes and procedures in daily business, developing appropriate measures to improve the status quo and enable smooth operation
  • Ensuring our processes are scalable and driving the implementation of new IT functions - from specification to successful rollout
  • You have experience working in Excel, Powerpoint, creating dashboards and business cases
Job requirements:
  • Previous work experience in business development sector
  • Work experience in a start-up, a management consultancy, a dynamic, fast-growing company or in the automotive sector is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality, sense of ownership, flexibility and strong solution orientation
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness and flexibility
  • Fluent communication skills in English, Dutch would be a huge plus
