Als Quality Assurance (QA) Associate Research sta jij voor continue kwaliteitsverbetering van het mensgebonden onderzoek waar Amsterdam UMC verrichter of deelnemer van is. Je zet jouw uitgebreide kennis op het gebied van de uitvoering van klinisch onderzoek in om toe te zien op de kwaliteit en deze te borgen. Hierbij ondersteun en adviseer je onderzoekers en de organisatie om zo efficiënt mogelijk onderzoek te doen op hoog niveau binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving, richtlijnen en procedures.

Je bent (mede) verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en uitvoeren van een toetsingsprogramma met audits en tracers, onder andere volgens de normen van de Joint Commission International (JCI). Je maakt hiervan rapportages voor onderzoeksteams, afdelingen en de commissie Good Research Practice.

Daarnaast vergroot jij de kennis binnen Amsterdam UMC door het geven van presentaties, trainingen en advies, en het creëren van content. Ook ben je redacteur voor de centrale portal voor onderzoekers; de 'Research Roadmap'. Je adviseert over verbetermogelijkheden en schrijft en onderhoud procedures.
Wat neem je mee?

  • Opleiding op universitair niveau of post-hbo in een (bio/para)medische richting;
  • Ten minste 3 jaar ervaring met mensgebonden onderzoek;
  • Grondige kennis van de Wet medisch-wetenschappelijk onderzoek met mensen (WMO);
  • Kennis van overige wet- en regelgeving en richtlijnen zoals de ICH-GCP, ISO14155, AVG, Clinical Trial Regulation en Medical Device Regulation;
  • Zorgvuldig, kritisch en proactief;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

    Je hebt tact en overtuigingskracht, weet anderen te motiveren en stimuleren. Daarnaast ben jij analytisch sterk en resultaatgericht. Deze functie vraagt om een grote mate van zelfstandigheid. Je vindt het prettig om alleen te werken, maar hecht ook waarde aan een fijne onderlinge samenwerking. Je bezit organisatiesensitiviteit en uitstekende sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden. Je maakt makkelijk verbinding en durft te allen tijde professioneel kritisch te zijn.
    Wat bieden we jou?
    • Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast contract.
    • Inschaling in salarisschaal 11: € 4.678 tot € 6.402 bruto bij een fulltime dienstverband (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring). Daarnaast ontvang je onder andere 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering en 8% vakantietoeslag. Bereken hier jouw netto salaris.
