A Global manufacturing business turning over A£15million with aggressive growth plans in the adhesives market looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to develop their distributor base across Benelux, France and Iberia.


BASIC SALARY:
85,000A'¬ - 90,000A'¬

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Distributor Manager - Hot Melt Adhesives

A more detailed brief will be made available to those who are shortlisted but in, as part of the Sales team, you will:
A
  • Build and execute new commercial strategies and reinvigorate distributor networks to grow Benelux, France and Iberia
A· Further develop the current industrial business whilst looking to make inroads into the trade and retail markets
A· Develop new routes to market to gain distribution of our products across Benelux, France & Iberia
A· Develop, negotiate and implement joint yearly business commercial plans and targets in alignment with regional objectives for all European accounts
A· Work closely with partners to ensure that core distribution and sales targets are monitored and met in the key business areas
A· Trains, supports and motivates sales agents/distributors to sell our product range into key end user accounts via product demonstrations, product knowledge and training/demos at the Head Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Distributor Manager - Hot Melt Adhesives

A· Educated to at least degree level within a business, chemistry or engineering discipline.
A· Ideally knowledge of the Adhesives or Industrial Chemical Sector, although we will also consider other industrial products
A· Any knowledge of Hot Melt adhesives, would be of particular Interest
A· Good knowledge and experience of managing partner relationships across Europe (both Distributors and Agents)
A· Proven Track Record of researching and establishing new partners
A· Experience in managing distributors and successfully implementing change initiatives to improve execution and drive expansion as well understanding how various distributor teams operate
A· Proven track record of success
A· Good commercial business planning remaining abreast of changes and opportunities
A· Knowledge of Export, logistics or supply chain management with full through the line delivery in order to maintain customer inventory levels
A· Knowledge of channel management across both the industrial and trade/retail categories

A· Fluent in English.
A· If you are fluent in French or Spanish as well, that would be of particular interest.
