Wat kan je verwachten?
De Business Analist vervult een cruciale rol als verbindingspersoon tussen de business afdelingen en ondersteunende afdelingen zoals IT, Risk, Compliance, Security en anderen. Het doel van deze functie is om veranderingen te ondersteunen en de organisatie te helpen bij het ontwerpen, verbeteren en implementeren van wettelijke vereisten en gerelateerde oplossingen. Als Business Analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor effectieve communicatie, coördinatie en het vaststellen van kwaliteitsnormen.
In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de business afdelingen om hun behoeften en uitdagingen te analyseren. Je brengt bedrijfsprocessen in kaart, identificeert verbetermogelijkheden en vertaalt deze naar concrete oplossingen. Daarnaast faciliteer je de samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen door effectieve communicatie te bevorderen en belanghebbenden bij elkaar te brengen. Je coördineert projecten die gericht zijn op het implementeren van wettelijke vereisten en oplossingen, waarbij je projectplannen opstelt, de voortgang bewaakt en ervoor zorgt dat de gestelde doelen binnen de afgesproken tijdlijnen en budgetten worden behaald.
Een belangrijk aspect van deze rol is het vaststellen en handhaven van kwaliteitsnormen binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen, systemen en oplossingen voldoen aan de wettelijke vereisten en de verwachtingen van stakeholders. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, analyseert data en identificeert mogelijkheden voor verbetering. Daarnaast verzamel je relevante gegevens, stel je rapporten op en communiceer je bevindingen en aanbevelingen aan belanghebbenden op een begrijpelijke manier.

Wie is onze toekomstige Risketeer?Wij zijn op zoek naar proactieve, enthousiaste Young Professionals met de drive om zich te willen ontwikkelen op het gebied van 'Regulatory Business. Jij wilt carrière maken en hebt affiniteit met de financiële sector. Ook beschik je over een relevante Bachelor- of WO Diploma in de richting van Finance, (Business) Economie, Business Administration, (quantitative) Econometrics , L.L.M. of andere vergelijkbare studies. Daarnaast heb +1 jaar werkervaring in een omgeving op het gebied van Risk, Compliance, Data Management of Sustainable finance.
