About the role:

In 2022, JET set up the Global Sales Strategy & Operations (SSO) department which is a high-performance team chartered with developing the most effective sales organisation in the tech industry, by providing focus, process, tooling, insights & skills at global scale.

This highly experienced Lead Sales Planning & Performance will be part of the Global Sales Strategy team (8 FTE incl. this role). This team is responsible for 2 core tasks:

  • Guided Selling: includes defining our i) partner segmentation strategy, to understand what partners to prioritise to drive portfolio growth, but also ii) which products/ services to upsell to drive partner growth.
  • Sales Planning: This task will be led by the Lead Sales Planning & Performance, and includes sales KPI setting, driving Annual & Quarterly target setting across all 19 markets sellers), and having regular business performance meetings with global & local leadership to course correct where needed.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • End2end drive the sales planning process, incl. working with global & local sales leadership across 19 markets to establish annual sales targets, and the breakdown into quarterly targets;
  • Drive improvements in the planning process, ensuring there is a strong connection between the KPIs & targets set on country level, and the individual sales rep incentive plans, to drive the right behaviours;
  • Based on the agreed targets, provide recommendations on sales FTE planning;
  • Be a key strategic advisor to the global & local sales leadership team, by providing regular updates on sales performance, where you highlight best practices and areas of improvement;
  • Identify key initiatives to accelerate sales performance. Work with other teams in global sales (SSO, Strategic Accounts, Retail) and local sales to scale initiatives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Product, Customer Services etc.) to ensure the Sales Annual Plan aligns with the broader JET strategy and other XFN plans.

About this role:

  • Experience in Management Consulting, (Sales/ Corporate) Strategy, Chief of Staff, or Go-to-market role;
  • Solid problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations;
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands;
  • Sense of urgency;
  • High energy, autonomy and resilience with a "Get it done" Attitude;
  • Superb communication and presentations skills;
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders;
  • Fluent English speaker.
