Functieomschrijving
Jouw rol alsConfiguration & Installed Base Officer
In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aanleggen en onderhouden van masterdata (bijvoorbeeld productmasterdata, de as-built en as-maintained situatie voor in gebruik genomen projecten (CMDB) ter ondersteuning van de gehele organisatie.
Jouw taken
- Beheersen, registeren, onderhouden van alle noodzakelijke materialen en hun attributen in het installed base binnen SAP en binnen AFAS;
- Verantwoordelijk voor data- en configuratie managementprocessen en werkinstructies.
- Bewaken van de volledigheid en tijdigheid van de data.;
- Verantwoordelijk voor het regelmatig correct en tijdig opstellen en verzenden van diverse in- en externe rapportages (voor klanten en intern);
- Analyse van data ter ondersteuning van andere afdelingen;
- De voor het uitoefenen van de functie van toepassing zijnde regels inzake veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn (ARBO en VCA).
