• Develop an accurate demand forecast by collaborating with cross-functional teams to review historical data, evaluate promotional activities, and understand market trends.
  
• Work in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to understand demand forecast drivers
  
• support launches, relaunches, and de-listings.
  
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage obsolete stock.
  
• Keep daily contact with the international Supply Planning team regarding product availability, production priorities.
  
• Continuously improve the forecast accuracy and bias by conducting root-cause analysis of forecast errors and by challenging the demand input provided by the Sales and Marketing teams.

  YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Engineering, Management, Economics, or related.
    
  • Fluent in Dutch and in English.
    
  • Experience in Demand Planning especially in the FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
    
  • Team player, goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
    
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative attitude.
    
  • Analytical mindset and experience managing large data sets.
    
  • Advanced Excel skills – knowledge of SAP, APO and PowerBi is a plus.
