The Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGT-S) development has 450 members, including 110 in software development. The R&D Ops team manages Software Development Infrastructure and supports all projects through automation. Contribute to IGT Systems from Concept to End of Life, impacting global health. Work closely with Philips IGT teams on a cutting-edge software stack.

Your role:

As a product owner / Technical Lead in a global multi-site team you:

• Maintain and contribute to our mission, vision and roadmap.
• Perform proactive stakeholder management and actively participate in the team.
• Deliver results by teaming up to excel, via teams prioritized backlogs (SAFe / Agile).
• Are eager to improve and have a mindset to drive for change.

You are a right fit if:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering with 5 years of relevant leadership experience (e.g., Product Owner, Technical Lead Lead or Scrum Master).
• Results-oriented with a DevOps mindset, taking ownership of what needs to be done and understanding how to do it.
• Outgoing, building relationships with stakeholders and a service-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, pragmatic, flexible, and committed to delivering quality consistently.
• Ability to switch between abstraction levels and drive team performance improvement.
• Makes fast decisions with a "quality first" mindset, hands-on experience in software development/tools.
• Experience in Healthcare Product development is advantageous.
