Vanuit Haarlem distribueren we 2.500 verschillende verpakkingen van geneesmiddelen en vaccins naar meer dan 140 landen. We staan bekend als dé flexibele verpakkingslocatie in Europa. De afdeling Facilities & Engineering, met circa 25 medewerkers, is een geïntegreerde serviceafdeling waarin een groot aantal diensten is gegroepeerd. Naast de zogenaamde soft services zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer, engineering en het projectmanagement van onze gebouwen, terreinen en E&W installaties.

Over de rol

Als Qualification Engineer (intern: senior specialist Commisioning & Qualification) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen, aansturen en borgen van de commissionings- en kwalificatiewerkzaamheden van alle projectactiviteiten. Je hebt de leiding over projecten die uitgevoerd worden door (externe) CQ-engineers ten behoeve van het gecommissioned en gekwalificeerd op kunnen leveren van gebouw gebonden equipment (HVAC/utiliteit/automatisering), brandveiligheidssystemen, GxP processen en verduurzamingsprojecten. Je rapporteert aan de Associate Director Facilities & Engineering.

Belangrijke taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verdelen van CQ-werkzaamheden in overleg met de CQ-engineers, Project Managers en Associate Director Facilities & Engineering en borgen dat de CQ-engineers tijdig zijn aangesloten bij zowel GxP- als nGxP-projecten.
  • Implementeren van nieuwe wetgevingen, standaarden en procedures binnen het CQ-werkgebied.
  • Eindverantwoordelijk voor het beheer van werkinstructies op het gebied van CQ en deze up to date houden.
  • Kwalificatie van ruimtes, utilities en equipment door en het (laten) opstellen en goedkeuren van protocollen en working copies, het reviewen van specificatiedocumenten, afspraken met stakeholders (waaronder opdrachtgever, projectmanager, vakengineers en de afdelingen QA en IT) en de opvolging ervan borgen.
  • Bij grote projecten als CQ-lead de commissioning- en kwalificatie-activiteiten aansturen in een werkgroep met stakeholders.

Jouw profiel

  • Minimaal een afgeronde Hbo-opleiding, in de richting life science, (bio-)chemie, levensmiddelentechnologie, techniek of aanverwant.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar sturende ervaring in voor CQ relevant vakgebied.
  • Kennis op het gebied van commissioning & kwalificatie in een hoog gereguleerde omgeving.
  • Ervaring met gebruik van Computer System Validation is een pré
  • Communicatief vaardig in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig kunnen werken, analytisch vermogen.
