Who we are looking for

At Nike, we are always striving for excellence and innovation. As part of our Partner Go To Consumer team, we are committed to focusing on the expression of Nike's products and stories at multi-brand retail. We work together across the Nike Partner marketplace to drive initiatives, pilots, and implement strategies in consumer experience. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join us as a CX Project Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of elevation plans and service & environment workstreams, sharing successful approaches across EMEA. Your strong understanding of the retail industry and ability to solve problems will be crucial in scaling success and making a positive impact on the business, driving both commercial success and deeper consumer engagement.

What you will work on

As a CX Project Lead, you will have a crucial role in accelerating our plans with wholesale partners in both physical and digital retail. Your main focus will be on priority growth areas, where you will develop scalable strategies to improve the consumer experience in multi-brand locations. Your goal is to build an elevated experience that truly represents the essence of Nike. You will also work on building capabilities that empower consumers to confidently choose Nike, by driving the evolution of O2O capabilities and services. Additionally, you will ensure that projects for 'Partner' and sub-banners align with our strategy, are completed on time, and stay within budget. You will co-manage a portfolio of projects using project management tools such as airtable, while maintaining strong collaborative relationships with various teams.

Who you will work with

As a CX Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in our Partner Go To Consumer team, working in a collaborative and diverse environment. You will have the chance to work closely with various teams to ensure Nike's success. Your passion and knowledge will contribute to the improvement and efficiency of our partner strategy, the creation of a coordinated plan for Services & Experiences trials and experiments, and a focus on achieving positive outcomes within budget. You will also be responsible for promoting effective collaboration with important partners both within the organization and outside of it.

What you bring

To excel in this role, you have a background in account facing or marketing roles, along with a demonstrable track record of experience and achievement. We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven efficiency and experience in account management and/or marketing role, dealing with accounts during multiple seasons; building and maintaining relationships with clients is crucial; Effective negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Project Management: You have experience leading or co-leading multiple projects with collaborators and partners, supporting large teams or mid-size/major projects or programs Coordinating various tasks and handling timelines
  • Problem Solving: You are adept at analyzing complex information and can propose effective solutions or services, gaining approval through independent work.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You have outstanding communication abilities, allowing you to establish strong connections and gain trust from others.
  • European Retail Marketplace Knowledge: You have advanced knowledge of the European retail marketplace, athletic industry, and consumer trends.
  • Technical Skills: You are proficient in using project management tools such as airtable and excel, and you have a high standard of visual presentation skills in ppt and keynote.
