Gevestigd in München, breiden we uit over heel Europa. Onze belangrijkste doelen zijn gelukkige gasten en een enthousiast en toegewijd team.

Wie zoeken wij?

Ben je goed in het verwelkomen van mensen, vind je het leuk om te hosten en heb je een passie voor de hotellerie en voor gastvrijheid, dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres. We verwachten ook dat je het leuk vindt om in multiculturele teams te werken en bereid bent om over verschillende afdelingen te werken, zodat onze gasten een aangenaam verblijf kunnen hebben.

Verder ben je open, heb je goede communicatieve vaardigheden, een verzorgd voorkomen, positieve uitstraling en goede omgangsvormen. Je positieve eigenschappen omvatten ook een hoog niveau van kwaliteitsbewustzijn en servicegerichtheid, en het is je doel om je te blijven ontwikkelen. Stilstaan bestaat niet in de hotellerie. Er is altijd wat te doen en het liefst werk je onder druk.

Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheden en vindt het leuk om degenen die met je samenwerken te coachen, uit te dagen en te stimuleren. Je beschikt over uitstekende sociale vaardigheden, je hebt al wat jaartjes ervaring om te werken in een druk ontbijt en je streeft er voortdurend naar om je medewerkers te ontwikkelen en ook te helpen bij hun ontwikkeling.

Wat ga je doen?


• Coördineren en aansturen van personeel tijdens het ontbijt.


• Je bent een vroege vogel, 6 uur in de ochtend beginnen wordt je vrolijk van en zorgt voor een grote glimlach op het gezicht van je gasten. Jou gastvrijheid blijft hun bij


• Je vind het leuk om net even een stapje extra te doen. Graag serveer je de gasten een kop koffie en geeft ze een


• Bewaken van het kostenbudget en inkoopbeleid in overleg met je manager.


• Intern kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem van Motel One implementeren en updaten met je team


• Mede verantwoordelijk zijn voor het uitvoeren van interne coaching, cross-training en het introduceren van nieuw personeel bij het ontbijt.
