WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Senior Digital Content Author to join the team, in this role you possess an expert-level understanding of web-content development principles and best practices, and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (including development and design) to achieve our strategic goals. This role balances content, UX, technical, and project management.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you will be work cross-functionally with the following main tasks;

  • Ensure Go-To-Market timelines are met and commercial calendar is executed flawlessly through each season.
  • Generate and present strategic ideas for website improvement, maintaining a roadmap, backlog, and completed tasks for ongoing and future authoring projects for Western Europe
  • Partner with the Converse Global Product team to ensure we are consistently reviewing tools and processes to ensure we are on par with industry best practices, with an eye on automating and reducing manual tasks.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot issues related to the website, providing quick, and clear assessment and solutions.
  • Partner with SEO to optimize all on-site elements to provide an accessible and visible website and its content.
  • Continuously evaluate performance to inform improvements related to digital experience, functionality, and features across website and tools.
  • Conduct content audits to identify gaps, redundancies, and errors in the site content, ensuring we clean CMS assets seasonally.
  • Oversee external vendor efficacy and processes, ensuring optimum collaboration and time management with our agency.
  • Educate cross-functional teams on site structure and functionalities in collaboration with the Global Product and UX teams.
  • Mange end-to-end A/B Testing roadmap. Oversee executions and report on various content-based A/B tests to enhance UX and improve engagement rate.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Reporting into the Manager, Digital Experience, you will closely collaborate with Content Strategists, Digital Merchandisers, Global Product and UX partners, and the Creative team to ensure our content meets quality standards and business expectations. You will also partner with external agencies and are expected to track day-to-day production processes from content production briefing up to content publishing.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Senior level ability to author and manage web content development, operations, and production in a digital ecommerce environment.
  • Strong experience in Content Management Systems required. Experience with E-Spirit / Crownpeak ideal.
  • Required ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical thinking to provide logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills
  • Experience in localization of content in Europe strongly preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise eCommerce platform - Salesforce Commerce Cloud preferred
  • Experience with A/B testing of digital experiences across platforms and browsers including tools to evaluate SEO effectiveness of authored experiences. SEO knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to new priorities
