Retail Store Manager

Requirements:
- Possess and exhibit competencies for the position consistently.
- Strong computer skills including operating personal computers and various software packages.
- Understanding of profit and loss statements and store KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Inspirational attitude contributing to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build effective working relationships and maintain high performance standards.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel domestically.
- Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field.
- Minimum 18 months experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with 6 months in Retail Supervision.
- Must be 18 years or older.
