YOUR TASKS

Perform continuous visual checks of common areas while keeping them clean and free from debrisMaintaining good conditions of furniture and fittings in all assigned areasRemove visible fingerprints and stains from doors, windows etcReport any malfunctions and damagesEmpty and clean garbage bins in public area and outside area wayUse and maintain available materials and (industrial) machines in a professional mannerResponsibilities primarily (but not exclusively) lie with the following areasTerrace, outside area way and entrance Lobby / reception Offices Luggage rooms Public toilets Restaurant area Guest, kitchen Bar area, Game zone, Lifts, Staff rooms, Garage / parking lot
