Dit ga je doen

Je draait direct volledig mee bij een van onze partners als quantitative model validator. Als young professional ga je aan de slag bij een toonaangevende financiële organisatie. Je identificeert en kwantificeert modelrisico's en stelt aanbevelingen op voor modelaanpassingen waar nodig. Je bent voornamelijk geavanceerde financiële modellen aan het controleren die het risicobeheer verbeteren en de financiële prestaties optimaliseren.

Het is daarom van belang dat je bekend bent met financiële modellering, validatie en risicobeoordeling. Verder is kennis van financiële theorieën en -instrumenten, markstructuren en -regelgeving onmisbaar voor deze functie.

De functie is bij iedere partner net even anders, afhankelijk van het type bedrijf, de opdracht en de afdeling. Samen kijken we met jou welk bedrijf het beste bij jou past

Dit ben jij
  • Je hebt (bijna) een wo-diploma in Econometrie, Wiskunde, Natuurkunde.
  • Je hebt kennis van programmeertalen (Python, R, C of MATLAB).
  • Je bent communicatief sterk.
  • Analytisch vermogen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Woonachtig in Nederland.

    Dit betekent een traineeship voor jou
    Jouw ontwikkeling in een stroomversnelling: Maak je op voor een groeispurt. Dankzij een boordevol programma maak jij een razendsnelle ontwikkeling door in kennis en vaardigheden. Ook krijg je een persoonlijk budget om te besteden aan opleidingen en trainingen die jij belangrijk vindt.

    Een persoonlijke talentmanager: Tijdens het traineeship word je begeleid door jouw eigen talentmanager. Dankzij deze persoonlijke aandacht leer je veel over je kwaliteiten en hoe je jouw talent het best kunt benutten. Maar ook wat jouw blinde vlekken zijn en hoe je omgaat met valkuilen.

    Onderdeel van een diverse groep young professionals: Je doet het niet alleen. Je deelt ervaringen en kennis met young professionals uit verschillende richtingen. Zowel bij inhoudelijke, als bij sociale gelegenheden. Vaak bouw je met deze groep een sterke band op, zowel op persoonlijk, als professioneel vlak.

    • Een brutosalaris van €3.629,53 of €3.823,96 per maand o.b.v. 40 uur (incl. vakantiegeld en een 13e maand). De hoogte van het salaris is afhankelijk van de functie.

      Het traineeship
      Om als startende quantitative model validator uit te groeien tot een echte specialist is het belangrijk dat je jezelf op verschillende gebieden verder ontwikkelt. Tijdens je studie heb je al veel kennis opgedaan over Finance & Risk, maar nu is het tijd om die kennis in de praktijk te brengen bij een bedrijf.
      Naast jouw baan bij de opdrachtgever, word je vanuit Solid Professionals begeleidt door een talentmanager. Met je talentmanager bespreek je je voortgang en de zaken waar je tegenaan loopt in je werk bij je opdrachtgever.
