who are you

You are a true organizational talent with strong communication skills in both the English as the Dutch language. Both language are a requirement since you will be working with colleague's both in the Netherlands as colleague's abroad. This also means the occasional meeting outside the regular work hours.

what will you do

As crew coordinator you will be part of an operations team within the company. You will play a pivotal role which is crucial for the training, development and sustainability for the 'salvage' team. For this team you will be the central point of contact including; the salvage crew, supervisors, engineers and superintendents.

Additionally, you will act as the interface for the salvage crew between the (deputy) operation manager, HR, warehouse and other departments.

  • Proper alignment with project coordinators to make sure ongoing projects are never short of salvage crew.
  • Identify training gaps and potential within salvage teams and keep track/manage training required certificates.
  • All crew related documentation (including diver certifications)
  • Expand network of freelance divers and engineers

You will be working at the salvage department, providing emergency response, ship salvage and wreck removal, and environmental care services.
