The IBM CyberSecurity Services practice is helping clients to protect their business, assets and Intellectual property in their transformation to Hybrid Cloud and AI enviroments. CyberSecurity Services enable new opportunities of developing our client's business in safe and compliant way. We provide expertise and solution in the following security domains: Security Intelligence & Operations Consulting (SIOC); Data Security; Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure and Endpoint Security (IES), and/or Security Strategy Risk and Compliance (SSRC) . Our goal is to improve Security Maturity of our customers and prepare them for the upcoming CyberSecurity challenges by advising and implementing Zero Trust, Security by Design and Quantum Safe solutions

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Associate Consultant you will work directly with our clients on key initiatives. You will have the opportunity to build an in-depth understanding of their business issues and implement organizational strategies that drive adoption of change. Associate Consultants are important and key players for our clients. You'll be their guide to developing an understanding of their processes, goals, and objectives to define their future state, then help them get there.You'll help clients understand leading technologies and the impact they can have on traditional business processes. You'll have an opportunity to build a powerful portfolio of interesting and rewarding experiences, taking advantage of opportunities to master new skills, learning about, and becoming an expert in our client's industries, and tackle new challenges.Within your role as an Associate consultant in CyberSecurity Services you will:* Define requirements and implement CyberSecurity solutions in an Agile project environment.* Develop technical as well as business expertise in the CyberSecurity domains : Security Intelligence & Operations Consulting (SIOC); Data Security; Identity & Access Management, Infrastructure and Endpoint Security (IES), and/or Security Strategy Risk and Compliance (SSRC, )and share this with colleagues and clients.* Contribute to further growth IBM CyberSecurity Services by supporting business development activities.* Focus on the latest evolutions in helping to protect our clients' business by defining and setting up CyberSecurity Solution which can enable their further development in AI and Hybrid Cloud, taking into account privacy and security requirements.* Work in client service environment and gain expertise in the planning, design, management, execution, and reporting of establishing a modern data platform. * Advise, design, and provide implementation support for data solutions on virtualized and cloud- based environments including hosted and on-premise solutions. Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Degree in CyberSecurity, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Mathematics, Business Economics, Business & Management, or related studies.
• We welcome early professionals with 0-2 years' work experience, eager to learn
• Professional, Team Work and conscientious attitude.
• Good presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 4 days a week depending on business demand
• Fluent in Dutch and English with good communication skills both in writing and verbally
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands and European Union without any restriction.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Sound interest in one of the domains: Identity and Access Management, Data Security, Network & Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Security Operation Centre, etc.
