Wij zijn op zoek naar student assistants die onderdeel willen uitmaken van onze student assistant flexpool.

Wat ga je doen?

Als student assistant bij Pels Rijcken wordt je flexibel ingezet ter ondersteuning van onze advocaten. Je helpt onze vaste assistants met diverse organisatorische en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je werkt proactief mee aan excellente service en kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.

Jouw werkzaamheden kunnen o.a. bestaan uit:

  • Het archiveren van proces- en adviesstukken
  • Het verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande (e-mail)correspondentie en het beheren van agenda's van meerdere advocaten;
  • Het organiseren van vergaderingen en assisteren bij (grote) cliëntbijeenkomsten.

Bovendien ontwikkel je niet alleen nieuwe vaardigheden, maar krijg je ook een kijkje in de keuken van een groot advocatenkantoor. Op deze manier kun je er achter komen hoe jij jouw loopbaan verder wilt ontwikkelen. Je werkt binnen een team van ervaren assistants, die je veel kunnen leren.

    Uiteraard ontvang je voor je werkzaamheden een marktconform salaris. Daarnaast zijn er (sociale) activiteiten waarbij je jouw collega's beter kunt leren kennen.

    Wat is jouw achtergrond?

    Je volgt op dit moment een HBO- of WO-opleiding rechten. Je bent servicegericht en pakt nieuwe werkzaamheden snel op. Je beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden. Je hebt bovendien een hands-on mentaliteit. Daarnaast ben je toegewijd, proactief, nauwkeurig en je houdt ervan om grondig te werk te gaan.

    Volg je een andere studie, maar spreekt deze vacature je toch aan, solliciteer dan gerust Je bent 16 uur per week beschikbaar. Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent praktisch ingesteld en niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je moet in staat zijn om zelfstandig te werken, maar ook goed kunnen samenwerken in een team.
