Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller, the focus of the position is on the day-to-day regulation of the debtor, accounts payable and financial administration of the various healthcare organizations in the broadest sense of the word. You play an important role in the monthly closings and are co-responsible for a fully balanced financial administration.
Client Details
Our client is a growing organization and is active in healthcare, staffing, secondment and logistics. As a result of this growth, our client is looking for an experienced Financial Controller for the Health and Care division.
Description
- Performing the financial administration for the healthcare organizations together with your team;
- Taking care of the financial reports: monthly reporting, liquidity forecasting, budgets and financial statements;
- You are responsible for writing to and drafting the annual accounts of several private limited companies;
- Drawing up the month-quarterly and year-end closing for the healthcare organizations;
- Performing financial audits and monitoring the quality of work carried out
- Point of contact for customers and colleagues when it comes to administrative matters ask;
- Point of contact for the delivery of information to accountants;
- You maintain good contact with your financial colleagues from various companies within the group.
Profile
You are an expert when it comes to financial figures and are looking for the next step in your career. A next step in which you can develop your managerial ambitions or take them to the next level. Your figures are always in order, you are analytically strong and you want to know how everything works. You are happy to share your insights with your colleagues. At the same time, you know how to translate your numerical knowledge to people who are less familiar with it. In a dynamic environment, you know how to set the right priorities. You see what needs to be done and pick it up, without losing sight of the goals that have been set. Furthermore, you are in possession of a completed college or university education in the direction of Business Economics / Finance & Control or similar and you have at least five years of work experience in a controller position.
Job Offer
