Wat ga je doen?

Mediq helpt zorgprofessionals met het opstarten van nieuwe therapieën om het voor een patiënt zo makkelijk mogelijk te maken. We zorgen ervoor dat de apparaten en materialen die de patiënt thuis nodig zal hebben bij de zorgprofessional aanwezig zijn, zodat de therapie direct kan worden opgestart. We willen dit concept verder verbeteren, zodat het voor zowel de zorgprofessional als Mediq het nog beter gaat werken. Daartoe willen we feedback en verbeteringsideeën van onze klanten verzamelen, bestuderen of er andere best practices in de markt zijn of ontstaan. Dit zijn allemaal inputs om onze verbeteringrichtingen te bepalen, en -in een volgende fase- die ideeën weer met onze klanten te toetsen. Deze verbeteringen zullen uiteindelijk in ons voorschrijversportaal live gebracht worden. Bij het live brengen hoort natuurlijk een goed communicatieplan, zodat onze klanten niet verrast worden, en meteen van de voordelen van de verbeterde werkwijze kunnen profiteren. In deze rol werk je nauw samen met de afdeling sales, marketing, supply chain management en klantcontact.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Universitair werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een zorggerelateerde richting bv. gezondheidswetenschappen (of vergelijkbaar);
  • Je bent per direct of op korte termijn beschikbaar voor minimaal 4 tot 6 maanden;
  • We bieden deze functie aan zowel fulltime als parttime, vanaf 24 uur per week zodat je na de zomerperiode jouw studie kan blijven combineren met je baan bij Mediq (indien mogelijk);
  • Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, secuur, zelfstandig en je hebt goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Je bent op korte termijn en in de zomerperiode beschikbaar;
  • Je hebt de mogelijkheid om minimaal 2 of 3 dagen per week op locatie De Meern en af en toe op onze locatie in Bleiswijk te werken.

    Wat biedt Mediq nog meer?

    • Salaris volgens de cao Mediq (schaal 4 of 5) tussen de €2.500,- tot €3.300,- bruto o.b.v. 40 uur, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
    • Deze mooie en dynamische functie is voor minimaal 24 tot 40 uur per week;
    • Een tijdelijke opdracht in de zomerperiode voor 4 tot 6 maanden;
    • Vakantiegeld van 8% in april en een extra jaarlijkse uitkering van maximum 7,5%, afhankelijk van individuele prestaties en doelstellingen;
    • Laptop, telefoon en een extra beeldscherm om thuis goed te kunnen werken;
    • Reiskostenvergoeding €0,21 per km, t/m max 50 km enkele reis;
    • 25,5 vakantiedagen per jaar o.b.v. een dienstverband van 40 uur (met mogelijkheid om bij te kopen);
