Omschrijving

Als FP&A Analyst ben je primair verantwoordelijk voor de planningscyclus (forecast, budget, strategisch plan), voer je uitgebreide analyses uit van de volledige winst- en verliesrekening, balans en kasstroom. Ook ondersteun je bij afsluit- en rapportageactiviteiten. Je maakt deel uit van het Business Control team dat toezicht houdt op de productielocatie. Daarnaast werk je samen met het team aan het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen en het verder professionaliseren van de financiële afdeling.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Het bijdragen aan het behalen van de financiële doelstellingen door het leveren van analyses en aanbevelingen.
  • Het deelnemen aan lange termijn en jaarlijkse planningsprocessen om financiële modellen te bouwen en inzicht te geven in verkoop-, winst- en kasstroomprognoses (in samenwerking met Business Control en Central Finance teams).
  • Het analyseren van realisaties ten opzichte van het budget, de forecast en cijfers van voorgaand jaar en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor Central Finance bij vragen hierover.
  • Het opstellen van diverse rapportages om de analyse van de financiële resultaten te presenteren aan belanghebbenden.
  • Het leveren van ad-hoc rapportages op verzoek.
  • Het identificeren van mogelijkheden om de nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie van prognoses te verbeteren en projecten te initiëren om veranderingen door te voeren.

Profiel van kandidaat

  • Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding in een financiële richting.
  • Ongeveer 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in FP&A of als Business Controller.
  • Ervaring en kennis van managementinformatiesoftware zoals Hyperion, Onestream, Qliksense en IBM Planning Analytics.
  • Het vermogen om gemakkelijk samen te werken met andere financiële functies om de belangrijkste drijfveren van resultaten en kasstromen te verzamelen, uit te dagen en samen te vatten.
  • Uitstekende analytische en financiële vaardigheden en ervaring in managementrapportages.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
