For a temporary period, we are looking for several production workers to help process backlogs at our client. You work accurately and securely. In addition, you speak and read the English language fluently. You are flexible from Monday to Saturday and available from early in the morning until late in the evening.

You have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. You are a team player who collaborates well and contributes to a positive work environment. You are goal-driven and can handle deadlines effectively. You have an eye for detail and ensure accuracy in your work. You have excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, and knowledge of Dutch is a plus but not required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including day and night shifts, is an advantage. Familiarity with Cerba Research quality systems and Good Document Practices is a plus. Knowledge of quality standards such as GCLP, GMP, and GDP is appreciated.

You will be responsible for kit assembly and shipping according to relevant procedures. This includes order picking, assembling orders and kits, preparing and packaging shipments, and handling the disposal of materials. You will communicate with other departments as needed and assist the warehouse team with related activities.

You will ensure quality control and assurance by working according to procedures and standards (NEN and ISO). This involves performing quality checks on packed kits and shipments, reporting any deviations or issues to the team lead or management, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you may provide training to colleagues and perform other tasks as requested by the Supervisor.
