About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Fleet Manager to join our team. As the Corporate Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing the vehicle fleets portfolio across different countries, serving as the central point of contact for all leasing companies, driving the transition towards a fully electric fleet, and optimising fleet processes.

The Corporate Fleet Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and management of the global fleet leasing program, including vehicle acquisition and disposal. This role involves collaborating with local stakeholders, administrators, negotiating leasing agreements, optimising fleet performance, ensuring driver wellbeing, and delivering compliance with company processes, goals and regulations.

Additionally, the manager will lead the implementation and operation of a global fleet software solution, integrating it with HR systems, lease company systems, and leveraging its capabilities for comprehensive reporting, including personal tax data for payroll processing, budget insights, and cost analysis.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Develop and implement a global fleet leasing strategy and policies aligned with the organisation's objectives & goals.

  • Negotiate and establish leasing agreements with vendors, ensuring integration with the fleet management software.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a global fleet software solution, ensuring seamless integration with HR systems and lease company platforms for data synchronisation.
  • Streamline processes related to employee assignments, terminations, and other HR-related functions.
  • Lead with finance and HR departments to monitor cost management and to ensure compliance with tax regulations, utilising fleet software to generate accurate and timely personal tax reports for seamless payroll processing.
  • Monitor, measure and report on key performance indicators, ensuring vendors meet service level agreements.
  • Act as a central point of contact for inquiries related to software functionality and reporting.
  • Develop & implement effective communication channels for sharing critical information to drivers and implement feedback programs to understand driver concerns and improve communication strategies.

  • Proven experience in global fleet management and leasing, with expertise in fleet software implementation.
  • Strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship building.
  • Strong negotiation skills, vendor management experience, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Data analysis, reporting, and proficiency in fleet management software.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and payroll processing.
  • Driver wellbeing program development and implementation.
  • Effective communication and information dissemination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English as a minimum
