Senior Specialist Backoffice – IHB Transfer Pricing

Purpose of the role
The core responsibility of this position is to oversee transfer pricing activities for the In-house Bank (IHB) and its affiliates. The Senior Specialist Back Office will ensure consistent application and reporting of all methodologies. This role entails regular interaction with internal teams at local and headquarters levels, as well as collaboration with legal and tax teams globally.

Global Liquidity Management (GLM) is a specialized team dedicated to Treasury operations and Liquidity management on a worldwide scale.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of IHB's Transfer Pricing methodologies.
  • Conduct interest calculations and daily global market risk assessments.
  • Prepare WHT, Tax, and regulatory reports to facilitate IHB operations.
  • Analyze data to address issues related to control environment, business practices, and economic impact on IHB and its clients.
  • Offer analysis and assistance to management and affiliates concerning funding cost decisions and transfer pricing practices.
  • Evaluate exceptions to business processes and advise on appropriate measures.
  • Contribute valuable insights for global transfer pricing documentation, ensuring precision and compliance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for transfer pricing matters between IHB and tax teams.
  • Participate in the enhancement and administration of risk management products and programs.
  • Support the maintenance, testing, and improvement of systems supporting the transfer pricing model.

Your profile

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cash operations, treasury, or tax management.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Exhibit excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks under pressure.
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Dataiku, R, Python, PowerBI is a plus.
