Bij AS Watson - moederbedrijf van o.a. Kruidvat en Trekpleister - zijn we voor ons eFulfilment center in Ede op zoek naar een Teamleider Logistics Warehouse Control. Jij maakt impact door samen met andere teamleiders de gehele operatie van het eFulfilment aan te sturen In deze grote verantwoordelijk wordt je ondersteund door jouw Logistiek Specialisten. Jij stuurt de afdelingen Inventory Control (IC), Slotting en Procesbeheer/kwaliteit aan. Team Slotting zijn onze logistieke helden. Zij maken de productindeling per verzamelgebied voor de operatie maken waarbij verzamelkwaliteit & - efficiency voorop staan. Team Inventory Control (IC) bestaat uit control-specialisten. Zij controleren en maken analyses over de balans tussen de administratieve voorraad en de fysiek aanwezige voorraad van onze Kruidvat en Trekpleister producten. Dankzij jouw analytische inzicht geven jij en je team antwoord op de vragen als: "Hoe deel je artikelen in binnen het e-fulfilment center zodat de orderpickers zo efficiënt mogelijk kunnen verzamelen? Welke trends zijn waarneembaar in ons assortiment en wat betekent dat voor onze logistieke goederenstroom? En hoe verhogen we de voorraadbetrouwbaarheid?"

Wat ga je doen in de functie van Teamleider Logistics Warehouse Control?

  • Jij bundelt de krachten. We beschreven het al; jij bent de cruciale schakel die zorgt voor een efficiënte goederenstroom door een optimale indeling en maximale productiviteit te waarborgen. Teamwork makes the dreamwork. Jouw Specialisten ondersteunen de operatie voor een optimale output.
  • Jij inventariseert de behoefte van jouw team (12 collega's) en bent iedere dag bezig met het challengen van je team.
  • Jij bent analytisch. Op basis van analyses speel je in op trends die je ziet; bijvoorbeeld een groeiend assortiment of seizoen ontwikkelingen.
  • Jij bewaakt het proces. Je schakelt tussen de verschillende afdelingen en speelt in op de behoeftes vanuit de organisatie om de optimale goederenstroom te waarborgen. Hierbij probeer je zoveel mogelijk de wensen van je stakeholders te vervullen, maar zul je ook "nee" moeten verkopen, wanneer deze niet in het voordeel van de gehele logistieke keten zijn.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt HBO-werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie, bij voorkeur aan logistieke medewerkers en aan grotere groepen (minimaal 8 personen).
  • Je bent coach én motivator Jij staat in jouw omgeving bekend als de verbindende factor en met dat talent ga je zeker uitblinken in deze rol.
  • Je bent ondernemend en hebt het lef om zowel gevraagd als ongevraagd beslissingen te nemen.
