For our mid-market we are looking for a growth hacker that can contribute to our inbound growth. You help implement and optimise our digital channels.

Whatever you do, it is your expertise that creates the best results in online traffic, conversion and user experience. Of course in the end you contribution will lead to and support ubiqu commercial targets. You are aware and familiar with the latest online marketing developments and know the best practices in online sales, Social Media, SEO and Analytics. Nothing slips your mind, even not how competitors distinguish themselves. You directly translate all collected insights to the best online conversion, 'client first principle' propositions and online campaigns.

As a Growth Hacker within the new Marketing & Strategy department you are member of a multi disciplinary team with its own focus on ubiqu's digital channels, markets, services and products. You will create the best online experience for our clients and prospects.

About ubiqu

Backed up by new EU regulation, our market will go from zero to gigantic within 2 years. If you are experienced with selling new technology in new markets ubiqu is for you. You will work closely in cooperation with the founders performing B2B sales & marketing in the mid-market.

Being able to make things simple is fundamental to how we operate. Our team builds fantastic complex technology, but the key to a win is to explain this in an understandable simple way to our prospects. Trust is key, as we are providing complex security technology. We are looking for an Growth Hacker who will succeed aboard the Ubiqu rocket ship and take our current successful momentum to the next level of growth through the acquisition of new customers.

Your tasks
  • Design and discuss within your Sales Pod the approach to win over your target market;
  • Invent and execute campaigns for your target market;
  • Run high volume outbound campaigns with Outreach or equivalent;
  • Daily Management of Social Media (LinkedIN, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.);
  • Creation of relevant content;
  • Work with external agencies for content creation;
  • E-mail marketing;
  • Creating SEO-optimized content and App Store Optimization;
  • Introduce A/B testing in optimizing conversion ratio.

    Who you are
    • HBO / University / Master degree in preferably (Digital) Marketing or Business Administration;
    • Passionate about online marketing/Social Media/SEO;
    • Experience with Social Media, SEO and Analytics;
    • Entrepreneurship and innovative;
    • Excellent communication skills;
    • You handle stress and pressure very well;
    • Absolute team player, but also capable of working independently;
    • Preferably a former internship in online marketing;
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
