Als Regulatory Reporting specialist ondersteun jij het Financial Reporting team. Met jouw team zorg je voor het tijdig aanleveren van betrouwbare rapportages richting de toezichthouder DNB die voldoen aan alle geldende wet- en regelgeving.

De rapportagebehoefte van de toezichthouder is continue aan verandering onderhevig en beweegt zich steeds meer van traditionele rapportages richting de aanlevering van big datasets, op basis waarvan de toezichthouder de financiële risico's monitort.

De dagelijkse werkzaamheden zijn heel divers, variërende van het opstellen en analyseren van rapportages, analyseren van nieuwe wet- en regelgeving, implementeren van nieuw beleid, implementatie en doorontwikkeling van de reporting software en participeren in bankbrede projecten.

Achmea Bank timmert hard aan de weg om een data-gedreven netwerkbank te zijn. Als Regulatory Reporting specialist kun je hieraan bijdragen door het rapportage proces verder te digitaliseren en optimaliseren en te zorgen dat de output uit de rapportages ook gebruikt kunnen worden voor sturing.

We gebruiken een hybride werkmodel waarbij we minstens één dag per week op ons kantoor in Tilburg of Amsterdam werken, terwijl je op andere dagen vrij bent om vanuit huis, een ander kantoor of een andere locatie te werken.

Je bent enthousiast en analytisch en continu op zoek naar verbeteringen. Je bent proactief en gericht op samenwerking, om samen met collega's nog betere resultaten neer te zetten. Je vindt het leuk om in een sterk veranderende omgeving te werken en kan goed omgaan met de druk van deadlines.

Eisen

  • Je hebt minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding in een financieel/ economische richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Het is een vereiste dat je kennis en ervaring met DNB/ ECB rapportages (software) en regelgeving hebt.
  • Je ben communicatief sterk, weet stakeholders te betrekken en hebt ervaring met projectmatige werkzaamheden.
  • Je hebt analytisch werk- en denkvermogen en hebt affiniteit met data.
  • Je hebt ervaring met digitalisering van rapportages.
