De energietransitie is in volle gang en Eneco loopt voorop. Ons doel? Klimaatneutraal in 2035. Elke dag zetten we nieuwe duurzame stappen klanten verzekeren van gas, elektriciteit, warmte en koude. 365 dagen per jaar, 24 uur per dag. Onze specialisten beheren en onderhouden onze biomassacentrales, gasopslag, batterijen, warmtenetten, CHP- en CCGT-installaties. En stomen onze assets klaar voor de transitie naar duurzame productie. We gaan van het gas af, bouwen nog meer wind- en zonneparken, verduurzamen en breiden ons warmtenet uit en ontwikkelen innovatieve opslagmogelijkheden voor warmte en energie.

Onze projecten zijn multidisciplinair, complex, met veel interne en externe stakeholders, complexe bron- en distributienetwerken met toenemende onderlinge afhankelijkheid, en nieuwe oplossingen. Wat voor projecten we ook doen, we hebben gedreven constructie managers nodig om ze te realiseren

Als Constructie Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de constructie activiteiten op een of meerdere van onze projecten en geef je leiding aan eventuele toezichthouders. Je werkt samen met onder andere projectmanagement, asset management, en community engagement. Op basis van technische kennis, expertise en organisatorische kwaliteiten weet je in samenspraak met de projectmanager en procurement een heldere constructie strategie op te zetten, en uit te rollen, om vervolgens onze constructie aannemers aan te sturen.

In de uitvoering van het project stuur je zowel tijdens de voorbereidingen als tijdens de uitvoering op veiligheid, kwaliteit, planning en constructability. Je communiceert gemakkelijk met zowel projectmanagement als de aannemers op de bouwplaats. Omdat veiligheid voorop staat, heb je een actieve rol in de ontwikkeling van een veiligheidscultuur op het project, waardoor veiligheid een natuurlijk onderdeel wordt van al het werk dat wordt uitgevoerd.

  • Zekerstellen van een voorspelbare, gecontroleerde en veilige uitvoering van constructie werkzaamheden volgens de vereisten;
  • Het organiseren en leiden van multidisciplinaire constructie teams;
  • Opzetten, implementeren en monitoren van een safety en security programma voor het project;
  • Sturing en coördinatie van aannemers;
  • Management van deadlines, en geven van input in de voortgang rapportage.
    • Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding in een technisch relevante discipline;
    • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante werkervaring;
    • Een aantoonbare 'track-record' op het gebied van constructiemanagement;
    • Proactief, resultaat gedreven en veerkrachtig. Een flexibele en intrinsiek gemotiveerde zelfstarter, met uitstekende interpersoonlijke, communicatieve, organisatorische vaardigheden;
    • Vloeiend in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.

      Je gaat samenwerken met een team dat projecten uitvoert in de energietransitie. Dit team valt binnen de afdeling Realisatie, een onderdeel van de business unit Asset Development & Realization. Deze business unit is actief in het ontwikkelen, bouwen en beheren van duurzame energieprojecten. Eneco beschikt inmiddels over een uitstekend projectportfolio en een indrukwekkende staat van dienst in deze innovatieve en spannende tak van sport. De voertaal is Engels en Nederlands. Je bent dan ook zowel werkzaam op locatie in Nederland of daarbuiten, als in het hoofdkantoor in Rotterdam.
