Wij zijn op zoek naar student assistant voor ons recruitmentteam.

Wat ga je doen?

Als student assistant wordt je flexibel ingezet ter ondersteuning van het recruitmentteam. Je helpt bij het plannen van sollicitatiegesprekken en ondersteunt met diverse organisatorische en administratieve werkzaamheden.

Jouw werkzaamheden zullen o.a. bestaan uit:

  • Het inplannen van sollicitatiegesprekken in overeenstemming met de betrokken recruiter, kantoorgenoten en kandidaat;
  • Het verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande (e-mail)correspondentie en het beheren van agenda's van de recruiters;
  • Het ondersteunen bij de organisatie van recruitmentevenementen.

Op deze manier kun je er achter komen hoe jij jouw loopbaan verder wilt ontwikkelen.

    Uiteraard ontvang je voor je werkzaamheden een marktconform salaris. Daarnaast zijn er (sociale) activiteiten waarbij je jouw collega's beter kunt leren kennen.

    Wat is jouw achtergrond?

    Je volgt op dit moment een MBO-, HBO- of WO-opleiding. Je bent servicegericht en pakt nieuwe werkzaamheden snel op. Je beschikt over goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden. Je hebt bovendien een hands-on mentaliteit. Daarnaast ben je toegewijd, proactief, nauwkeurig en je houdt ervan om grondig te werk te gaan.
