  • Het managen van het serviceniveau en de klanttevredenheid door consistent hoogwaardige service te leveren die aan de verwachtingen en behoeften van de klant in jouw eigen portfolio voldoet;
  • Uitzoeken, analyseren en structureel oplossen van uitzonderingen in de order-to-cash flow
  • Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor en tussen onze klanten, logistiek dienstverlener en onze collega's in Portugal van het Shared Service Center
  • Voortdurend aansturen en uitvoeren van verbeteringen die bijdragen aan alle interne en externe KPI's, zoals de perfect order cycle maar ook distributie(kosten) in samenwerking met in- en externe stakeholders.
