Je werkt als CLT member binnen één van de Customer Loyalty Teams Lease, welke onderdeel uitmaken van de Circle Lease. De Circle Lease is verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de operationele processen binnen de Lease organisatie en kent naast de CLT's de volgende aandachtsgebieden: Operational Services, Contract Officers en Operations Specialisten.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt in een Customer Loyalty Team (CLT). In dit team ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de betrouwbare, professionele en deskundige bediening van zakelijke klanten. Onze Sales collega's stemmen met de klant af wat wij als ING Lease aan kunnen bieden laten ons weten wat er afgesproken is. Ons werk bestaat uit het opstellen van offertes, het verwerken en uitbetalen van lease aanvragen, afhandelen van wijzigingsverzoeken en het dagelijks operationele en preventieve beheer. Dit betekent dat je rechtstreeks contact hebt met klanten en collega's van ING. Je handelt verzoeken end-to-end af. De taakverdeling kan elke dag verschillen. Met je team speel je hier goed en flexibel op in;

De werkverdeling vindt onderling met collega's binnen het team plaats, zodat verzoeken op tijd, efficiënt en kwalitatief goed worden afgerond.Binnen het team wordt gestreefd naar hoge klanttevredenheid, naar korte doorlooptijden van processen en 'first-time-right' afhandeling hiervan.Het team is verantwoordelijk voor het registreren van verzoeken, issues, incidenten en verstoringen en de bewaking van de voortgang van de afhandeling.Goede samenwerking, meedenken en initiatief tonen vinden wij essentieel. Daarbij is feedback geven en ontvangen belangrijk, maar vooral laten zien, dat je hier ècht iets mee doet.De teams zijn zelfsturend en dragen een grote mate van verantwoordelijkheid in het organiseren van eigen werk binnen de kaders van de organisatieWat vraagt deze functie van jou? De functie van CLT Member Lease is breed, verantwoordelijk en afwisselend. Je bent in staat zelfstandig verbetertrajecten op te starten, je team hierin aan te sturen en de eindverantwoordelijkheid te nemen.Je omarmt de Agile Way of Working.Naast je focus op eigen sprint en backlog, zoek je naar verbeteringen en om onze klanten en collega's nog beter van dienst te zijn.Je hebt hierbij aandacht voor het Lease / CLT belang.Je bent volwaardig gesprekspartner voor klant, adviseur en assetspecialist.Je hebt kennis van zakelijke kredietverlening en Lease producten en processen (pre)Je weet je weg te vinden en kan werken met verschillende systemenWij zoeken:een gedreven en flexibele teamplayer,in het bezit van ten minste een HBO diploma (bij voorkeur Bedrijfseconomie of Bedrijfskunde),met 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring,met kennis van en ervaring met bancaire producten en Lease (pre),ervaring met de Agile Way of Working , en zelfsturende teamsen uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.goede Excel vaardighedenProactief, leergierig en ambitieusBeloning en voordelen We willen ervoor zorgen dat je de juiste balans kunt vinden tussen je carrière en je privéleven.
