Efficiëntie en kwaliteit staan centraal in jouw werk. Met een assortiment van meer dan producten is het belangrijk om elke bestelling op tijd en compleet te leveren. Als Proces Lead ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel verlopen van inkomende, doorgaande en uitgaande goederenstromen. Je stemt de productie af met de Teamleider Productie en Flex Coördinator om een effectief proces te realiseren.

Indirect geef je leiding aan zo'n 200 mensen en houd je het hele proces in de gaten. Je signaleert storingen op tijd en neemt direct actie bij incidenten. Om het productieproces continu te optimaliseren, bied je de Teamleider Productie en Flex Coördinator informatie over de voortgang en kwaliteit. Zo zorg je ervoor dat er elke shift een optimale overdracht is over werk, klanten en bestelde artikelen.

Jij bent een peoplemanager pur sang en weet prioriteiten goed te stellen in een hectische, dynamische omgeving. Je bent organisatorisch sterk en met inzicht in operationele productieprocessen beschik je over natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten om alles in goede banen te leiden.
Als Proces Lead:

  • Ben je in bezit van een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een logistieke richting. Heb je nog geen hbo-diploma? Informeer naar de mogelijkheden om je te ontwikkelen door het volgen van een hbo-opleiding.
  • Weet je jezelf te redden in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Heb je leidinggevende ervaring, ben je mensgericht en weet je anderen in beweging te brengen.
  • Vind je het geen probleem om dag-, nacht- en avonddiensten met elkaar af te wisselen.
