- Ensure timely processing of transport orders.
- Prepare and submit shipping documents to transportation service providers.
- Handle inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery dates.
- Serve as the primary liaison between our operations team and transport providers.
- Establish and report on transport-related KPIs to ensure cost-effective operations.
- File claims for transport damages with various carriers and forwarders.
- Completed professional training or a comparable qualification, preferably in the transportation sector.
- Several years of professional experience in transport logistics within an internationally operating company.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or German is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of transport-related functions and activities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong learning ability, teamwork spirit, and work initiative.
- Knowledge of customs procedures is an advantage.
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
