tasks
  • As part of ourinnovative and international team, you will be responsible foradvising on and implementing cloud strategies as well as designingand blueprinting cloud architectures (e.g. in the areas of IoT,portals, analytics, BI and apps) for our customers. Yourresponsibilities will focus on the development of strategies andsolutions for cloud-based infrastructure and applications, as wellas the identification of new, innovative cloud technologies
  • As a mastermind, you will advise ourcustomers and our development teams on the design of the globalenterprise IT architecture or specific applications
  • You evaluate planned changes and solution options interms of opportunities and risks, make technology and architecturedecisions and represent these to the customer
  • You keep an eye on current technology trends in theindustry and identify innovations and best practices to furtherdevelop our architecture patterns
  • Based onyour experience with conventional on-premise infrastructures, youwill design future cloud infrastructures and applications andmanage migrations with confidence
  • Youcontinuously develop existing best practices and are happy to passon your knowledge to our inquisitive young professionals

Qualifications
  • Successfully completed universitydegree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics or acomparable technical degree program and at least 10 years ofprofessional experience as an enterprise or solution architect incomplex, heterogeneous IT landscapes
  • Expertknowledge of AWS and AWS certifications at Associate andProfessional level
  • Expert knowledge ofstate-of-the-art data center / network infrastructures, i.e. NAC,DNS, firewall, VPN etc., servers (Windows/Linux), storage, backup,virtualization, containers, automation (e.g. Ansible), IT security,infrastructure as code
  • Very goodcommunication skills in German and English, as well as willingnessto travel occasionally round off your profile
