Locatie: Maasvlakte-Rotterdam, Nederland

Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring

Taalvaardigheid: Goede beheersing van het Nederlands is gewenst en gevestigd binnen een redelijke reisafstand van de werklocatie.

Industriële achtergrond: Ervaring in de proces-, energie- of olie- en gasindustrieën

Softwarevaardigheden: Goede beheersing van het Assai-software systeem vereist

 

Functieomschrijving:

 

We zijn op zoek naar een zeer ervaren Document Controller om ons team op de locatie Maasvlakte-Rotterdam te versterken. De ideale kandidaat heeft minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in documentbeheer binnen de proces-, energie- of olie- en gassectoren. Goede beheersing van het Nederlands is gewenst voor effectieve communicatie met belanghebbenden. De werkzaamheden vinden plaats op de locatie Maasvlakte en er is geen sprake van thuiswerk.

 

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

Documentbeheer: Beheer de levenscyclus van documenten, inclusief creatie, beoordeling, distributie en archivering, en zorg ervoor dat wordt voldaan aan de branchestandaarden en -voorschriften.

Assai Software Gebruik: Maak gebruik van het Assai-software systeem om documentbeheerprocessen te stroomlijnen. Dit omvat het configureren van workflows, het beheren van metadata en het bieden van gebruikersondersteuning.

Kwaliteitsborging: Implementeer kwaliteitscontrolemaatregelen om de nauwkeurigheid, volledigheid en consistentie van documentatie te waarborgen.

Samenwerking: Werk samen met interne teams, externe belanghebbenden en leveranciers om de uitwisseling van documenten en informatie te vergemakkelijken.

Training en Ondersteuning: Bied training en ondersteuning aan gebruikers van het Assai-software systeem, zorg ervoor dat het efficiënt wordt gebruikt en los eventuele problemen op die zich voordoen.

Belangrijkste vereisten:

Ervaring: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in functies voor documentbeheer binnen de proces-, energie- of olie- en gasindustrieën.

Taalvaardigheid: Goede beheersing van het Nederlands is gewenst voor effectieve communicatie met belanghebbenden.

Assai software vaardigheid: Diepgaande kennis en ervaring met het Assai-software systeem, waaronder, maar niet beperkt tot:

Configureren van documentworkflows om processen te automatiseren.

Beheren van metadata voor efficiënte documentcategorisatie en -opvraging.

Integratie met andere softwaresystemen voor naadloze gegevensuitwisseling.

Aanpassing van gebruikersinterfaces om de bruikbaarheid en productiviteit te verbeteren.

Oog voor detail: Sterke aandacht voor detail met focus op nauwkeurigheid en volledigheid in documentbeheer.

Communicatieve vaardigheden: Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden om effectief samen te werken met teams en belanghebbenden.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Document Controller to join our team at the Maasvlakte-Rotterdam site. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in document control within the process, energy, or oil and gas sectors. Proficiency in Dutch is preferred for effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Manage the lifecycle of documents, including creation, review, distribution, and archiving, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assai Software Utilization: Utilize the Assai software system to streamline document control processes. This includes configuring workflows, managing metadata, and providing user support.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of documentation.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and vendors to facilitate the exchange of documents and information.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on the Assai software system, ensuring efficient utilization and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in document control roles within process, energy, or oil and gas industries.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Dutch preferred for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Assai Software Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and experience with the Assai software system, including but not limited to:
  • Configuration of document workflows to automate processes.
  • Management of metadata for efficient document categorization and retrieval.
  • Integration with other software systems for seamless data exchange.
  • Customization of user interfaces to enhance usability and productivity.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness in document management.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
