Het Monet Garden Hotel (4*, 105 kamers) is op zoek naar een ervaren en vriendelijke ontbijtkok (pt of ft).
Je bent een keukenwonder die supervriendelijk is in de communicatie naar gasten toe en die ultieme service en kwaliteit wil bieden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van kleine a la carte gerechten (we verwachten ook creativiteit, je wordt van harte uitgenodigd mee te denken en met ideeën te komen). Je werkt zelfstandig en bent verantwoordelijk voor de mise en place. Ook coördineer en vul je het ontbijtbuffet aan.
Wij hebben een eenvoudige en smakelijke lunch- en dinerkaart (ook voor roomservice), die je ook zelf verzorgt. Je waarborgt de productkwaliteit en werkt volgens HACCP-normen, inclusief registratie.
Je hebt goede kennis van de allergenenwetgeving. Je houdt je werkomgeving en je apparatuur brandschoon.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een energieke ontbijtkok met een opgeruimd karakter. Je hebt bij voorkeur minimaal 1 tot 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, bij voorkeur in een 4/5* hotel of een bijzonder boutique-style hotel. Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels. Wij vinden het erg belangrijk dat je gastvrijheid hoog in het vaandel hebt staan. Je zorgt voor een goede interne communicatie met alle collega's.
Voor deze functie is het noodzakelijk dat je om 6.00 uur in het hotel kunt zijn, aangezien de werktijden doorgaans van 6.00 uur tot 14.00 uur zijn
