What can you expect? Your tasksinclude:

• You introduce Matrix42to customers, package in M42 and administer the tool.
• You analyze and optimize IT processes according to ITIL
• You develop solution strategies and aresignificantly involved in the implementation (with the help ofMatrix42 products)
• You advise our customersremotely or on site
• You are responsible forcompliance with the SLA's and ensure that the requests of ourexisting customers are processed to their full satisfaction
• You monitor and optimize the quality oftickets and services

What shouldyou bring with you?

• You havecompleted an apprenticeship in the IT sector or comparable
  
  qualifications
• Youalready have initial experience and basic knowledge in one or moreareas
