  • Supporting and advising our key customers asthe most important technical contact (m/f/d) for our paymentsolutions (software and hardware)
  • Feasibility studies and technical evaluation of customerrequirements
  • Setting up and operatingcustomer-specific payment solutions (server, customerconfiguration, maintenance)
  • Monitoring andadministration of our high-availability payment systems(infrastructure, server technologies, hosting)
  • Technical coordination of new features, releases andsoftware corrections as well as supporting our customers with theirsoftware acceptance tests
  • Verification ofreported problems in close cooperation with the specialistdepartments
  • Conception and coordination oftest cases with the customer together with our internal system testdepartment
YOU INSPIRE US WITHTHIS
  • Completed technical degree,e.g. in the fields of (business) informatics, IT project managementor comparable technical training, e.g. in information technology
  • Sound technical understanding and interestin server technologies / hosting and software-based products
  • Enjoy evaluating new technologies in theconception phase in cooperation with our development department
  • Experience in project management and paymentterminals is an advantage
  • Business fluent inGerman and English
  • Independent, careful andsolution-oriented way of working
  • Assumptionof on-call duties
