Key Responsibilities
ServiceNow Development & Configuration
Design, configure, and deploy ITSM, CSM, PA, and SPM modules.
Build and enhance ServiceNow Configurable Workspaces, portals, and UI branding.
Develop custom scripts, workflows, automation flows, and integrations.
Process Optimization & Consulting
Offer technical expertise and best practices for ServiceNow implementation projects.
Configure ACLs, UI policies, SLA definitions, and automation scripts.
Provide consultation on reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Troubleshooting & Support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow.
Manage platform upgrades and migrations across different ServiceNow releases (e.g., San Diego, Tokyo, Utah).
Assist with testing, debugging, and the go-live process.
Integration & Automation
Implement Virtual Agent capabilities and integrate with Teams.
Develop fix scripts, business rules, and batch processing solutions.
Optimize cloning processes, knowledge management, and workflow automation.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or Developer.
Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, Performance Analytics (PA), and Service Portal development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and automation scripting.
Hands-on experience with ACLs, UI policies, SLA management, and process automation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CAD, CAS-PA, etc.).
ITIL 4 or ISM Foundation certification.
Experience with Teams integration, chatbot development, and third-party app integrations.
Familiarity with Big Data and Business IT Management.
