Buyer

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for the procurement of technical project goods and services, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality standards. You will manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance while optimizing procurement strategies to raise operational efficiency and reduce risks. Additionally, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, maintain supplier and client relationships. Proactively addressing any procurement-related challenges to support project success.


Requirements:

  • Several years of tactical procurement experience within the energy sector, whether in renewables, oil & gas, or maritime industries. (Must-have)
  • Strong market knowledge with an established network of suppliers and service providers within the offshore/energy/maritime.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Supply Chain Management (SCM), with experience in RFQs and tendering processes.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of adapting quickly to dynamic projects and shifting deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships while upholding integrity and professionalism.
  • A proactive planner with strong organizational skills, able to effectively prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Motivated to work for a company that values growth, collaboration, and long-term career development.
