The team’s mission is to identify and remove inefficiencies, enhance collaboration, and enable smarter decision-making through actionable insights.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Intern to support a focused assignment within our Global Operational Excellence team. This internship will center around a specific project aimed at improving our reporting capabilities and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. You’ll use your analytical skills and Python expertise to help design, automate, and refine data reporting processes.Your assignmentYour key responsibilities will be:Develop and implement a reporting solution tailored to a defined operational challenge or opportunityAnalyze relevant datasets and translate findings into clear, insightful outputsDocument methodology, tools used, and outcomes for knowledge sharing and future useCollaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and impactThis is a bachelor’s or master’s internship (non- thesis) for a minimum of 5 months, at least 4 days per week (minimum 2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is March 2026.Your profileTo be suitable for the internship, you:Are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, HR, data analytics, computer science, data science, or a related disciplineHave strong coding skills in PythonAre proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel) and familiar with reporting tools such as Power BI or SpotfirePossess a strong analytical mindset and attention to detailCommunicate effectively and collaborate well in a team environmentHave an interest in HR operations and data-driven decision-makingOther requirements you need to meet:You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular;You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship.
