You’ve got a product idea.Maybe even a prototype.But you're stuck on the next steps, or would like to go fasterHow do I validate the problem?How do I find a co-founder?How do I land a first customer?How do I get funding—without giving away half the company?That’s where we come in.At our Achmea Impact Ventures, we act as a venture builder and back technical founders who bring strong ideas but need the right structure, support, and team to build a real startup around it.You bring the product vision.We’ll help you turn it into a company.What we doAchmea Impact Ventures is a corporate startup studio—we create startups from scratch.We become your co-founder.That means:You bring a clear product idea that fits within one of our focus areasWe support you with a salary, funding (up to €500K), and a dedicated teamTogether, we validate the problem, build the MVP, and take it to marketIf successful, we spin out the company with you in the lead, and with significant equity for you.What you’ll doAs the CTO-founder, you’ll:Validate your idea and user needs with support from our research teamShape the product roadmap and MVP strategyBuild the MVP—hands-on or together with our in-house developersTest and iterate with early usersHire and lead your tech team as the venture growsWork alongside a commercial co-founder (if matched during the process)What we offerFunding: Up to €500K, provided in stages based on tractionSalary: You’ll be paid from day one to focus full-time on the ventureDedicated build team: Product designers, data engineers, software engineers, marketers, and researchersNetwork access: Achmea can open doors, be your first customer, or connect you with partnersStructured process: Clear milestones, commercial sparring, and founder coachingFounder equity: up to 70%Examples of ventures built with usFemmeUp: Women’s health platform tackling absenteeism.
