  • Ensure the implementation, optimization, and support of software solutions with a strong focus on Global Finance and Procurement processes

  • Handle incidents, service requests, and changes while providing 1st and 2nd line user support to ensure smooth application operations

  • Work closely with internal and external suppliers to resolve issues, conduct impact analyses, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

Make a difference as Senior Functional Application Specialist

  • As a Senior Functional Application Specialist, you will identify new opportunities for application development and collaborate on designing functional solutions that create value in alignment with the Enza Zaden Group's strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Software solutions in place are up to date; release management new versions, interfaces, including documentation;

  • Coordination and execution of testing of new functionalities;

  • Enhancing end-user maturity through training and supporting materials;

  • Managing user access and authorization;

  • Maintaining the performance of functional and technical solutions;

  • Ensuring adherence to functional standards for local and global efficiency.

You will report to the Manager IT Services and work at least 2 days a week from our headquarters based in Enkhuizen.

What you bring as a future colleague

  • You have a bachelor’s degree. This can be in Business IT, Finance or related field

  • You have in-depth functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance + Procurement modules) or other ERP systems

  • You have minimum 5 years of experience

  • You are a proactive professional with excellent communication and analytical skills tailored to user needs

  • You have experience with Agile methodologies Scrum, Kanban, preferable a Scrum Master certificate

  • You excel in global cross-functional teamwork and aligning with stakeholders

  • In addition to possessing the above-mentioned skills, you have a proactive attitude with excellent communication and analytical abilities.
