The position


As a IT Delivery Manager at agap2, you take on the challenge within an international environment with a local focus. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects along the years, based on your experience and interests. Projects within industries such as Banking, Fintech, Telco, Retail, Sports and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities


As an IT Delivery Manager / IT Program Manager you will lead the implementation of the new Electric Office (GIS system). This complex, high-impact program will replace the outdated GIS system, enhance network planning, and introduce a new mobile application for field engineers.



  • Oversee the technical implementation of the GIS system, ensuring successful data migration, system integration, and go-live transition.
  • Manage stakeholders across five business units, ensuring standardization of processes and training of internal employees and field technicians.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, Agile development teams, and senior management to align business needs with project scope.
  • Lead testing, troubleshooting, and compliance with regulations like WIBON.


What you bring to the position


  • 10+ years experience in IT Delivery and/or Program Management (preferably in the Energy sector).
  • Experience with GIS, Engineering, and Revision projects.
  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and team leadership.
  • Fluent in Dutch (required).
  • Willing to work on-site 4 days/week in Delft, Rotterdam, and Utrecht.
