About this role:
The Sales Strategy and Operations Team ensures that the ever evolving sales organization at JET runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the sales strategy and driving flawless execution. Team members are strategic, analytical and have a pragmatic sense on how to get things done. We're searching for a highly experienced Process Manager to design and optimize end-to-end sales processes that directly impact the success of our sales teams
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Lead the Charge in Process Evolution: Own the design and optimization of end-to-end sales processes across all markets, creating streamlined, scalable solutions that enhance sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience;
- Maximize Sales Productivity: Analyze complex sales workflows, identify opportunities to boost productivity, reduce costs, and improve time management for our sellers – enabling them to sell smarter and faster;
- Drive Business Impact: Develop clear, compelling business cases to justify investments in tools, resources, and process improvements that directly enhance the capabilities of the sales team;
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with senior stakeholders across the organization to understand their challenges and uncover innovative solutions that improve both productivity and effectiveness;
- Champion Change: Lead the adoption of new processes, ensuring smooth transitions by effectively communicating changes and supporting training and change management initiatives.
What will you bring to the table?
- Proven experience in process management, with a track record of driving successful change;
- Salesforce expertise is highly desirable (or similar CRM platforms);
- A data-driven, customer-first mindset with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and develop creative, hands-on solutions;
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments and influence at all levels of the organization;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently influence decision-makers;
- A passion for working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, where adaptability and problem-solving are key to success.
