NextPax is a software company that develops and manages solutions for businesses in the travel industry, such as , Airbnb, Marriott and Expedia. We are often a preferred partner for these companies and maintain close working relationships with them. About half of our team are developers, many of them based in Almere, while the other half works directly with clients all over the world. For this team, we are now looking for a proactive and accurate Credit Controller to strengthen our finance department.What you'll doTake ownership of debtor management and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoicesMonitor payment terms and follow up with clients by phone, email and written remindersResolve payment issues and discrepancies in close cooperation with clients and internal teamsProcess incoming payments and keep debtor records up to dateMake payments to creditors and check outgoing paymentsKeep both debtor and creditor ledgers accurate and up to dateSupport in invoicing and assist with preparing periodic overviews for managementIdentify risks and suggest improvements in the debtor and creditor process to reduce overdue payments and errorsWhat you bringHBO degree in finance, accounting, or administration (or equivalent experience)At least 2 years of relevant experience in credit control or accounts receivable/payableStrong communication skills: professional but persistent when following up with clientsExcellent knowledge of English, and preferably also Dutch, spoken and writtenStructured and accurate way of working with an eye for detailExperience with Exact Online, HubSpot and/or Basecone is a plusWhat we offerA contract for 40 hours per week with hybrid working possibilities from Almere and homeA xbpjoel base salary between €3,000 and €3,500 per month, depending on experienceNS business card or travel allowance25 vacation days (on a full-time basis)An inspiring working environment at our NextPax office located on the 28th floor of the WTC towers in Almere, adjacent to the NS station and with unparalleled views of the surrounding areaA place in an international team working with the biggest names in travelShort communication lines, minimal bureaucracy, and a direct impact in a growing companyApply nowAre you ready to take charge of both debtor and creditor management and ensure a healthy cash flow for a fast-growing travel tech company?
