CONTROLS ENGINEER

Als Controls Engineer maak je deel uit van de afdeling Controls Engineering en werk je in een multidisciplinair projectteam. Het projectteam bestaat uit een Project Manager, Process engineer, Project engineer (mechanical), inkoper, een afvaardiging van de afdelingen Productie en Field Service & Commissioning.

De afdeling Controls Engineering (10 medewerkers) is verantwoordelijk voor de hard- en software van de procesinstallaties. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met externe leveranciers.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Specificeren van de hardware eigenschappen ten behoeve van de inkoop van de hardware;
  • Ontwerpen van de software d.m.v. het opstellen van een functionele beschrijving ontwikkelen en schrijven van PLC-programmatuur voor onze procesinstallaties en machine installaties, zoals PLC, HMI en SCADA-software applicaties;
  • Afnemen van de installatie op soft- en hardware gebied d.m.v. een FAT test;
  • Het verzorgen en beheren van de projectdocumenten;
  • In bedrijfstellen van onze procesinstallaties meestal internationaal in samenwerking met een Site Manager en Commissioning engineers. Je reist hiervoor circa 25% van de tijd;
  • Ondersteunen van de afdeling Field Service & Commissioning op het gebied van de besturing;
  • Je stuurt derde partijen die hierbij betrokken zijn strak aan, zodat de projecten op tijd en binnen budget gerealiseerd worden.

Wie jij bent:

  • Een afgeronde mbo+/hbo-opleiding richting Elektrotechniek/ Industriële Automatisering of Mechatronica;
  • Een aantal jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur ook in een internationale omgeving.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Je bent flexibel, want je zal circa 25% van de tijd reizen en bent dan 3 à 4 weken van huis.

Je hebt kennis van en/of ervaring met:

  • PLC en HMI-besturingen bijvoorbeeld Rockwell RS Logix 5000 of Siemens Step 7 / Tia portal;
  • Meet- en regeltechniek;
  • Servotechniek
