We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP O2C (Order to Cash) Expert to join a pharmaceutical business. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the order-to-cash process within our SAP environment. You will play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of customer orders and receivables.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Ownership & Optimization: Deep understanding of the entire O2C process, including order entry, credit checks, pricing, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and minimize errors.
  • SAP Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and maintain SAP modules relevant to O2C, including SD (Sales & Distribution), FI (Finance), and CO (Controlling).
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues within the O2C process.
  • Perform system testing and user acceptance testing for SAP enhancements and upgrades.
  • Project Management: Participate in and lead O2C-related projects, such as system implementations, upgrades, and process re-engineering initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Ensure successful project delivery within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP O2C processes and configurations.
  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting SAP SD, FI, and CO modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Project management experience and the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on the overall organization.
  • Experience with SAP upgrades and implementations is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
