Introductie Schoolyear:

Schoolyear is een EdTech scale-up gevestigd in Den Bosch. Vanwege de snelle groei zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Success & Implementation Specialist om ons team te versterken.

Schoolyear helpt onderwijsinstellingen om elke computer, van bestaande computerlokalen tot persoonlijke laptops, tijdelijk om te zetten in een volledig beveiligde toetsomgeving, beter bekend als de Safe Exam Workspace. Met deze oplossing kunnen onderwijsinstellingen flexibel, schaalbaar en veilig digitaal toetsen organiseren, terwijl ze tegelijkertijd hardwarekosten verlagen en meer gebruik maken van BYOD (Bring Your Own Device)

Over de rol:

Als Customer Success & Implementation Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en technische ondersteuning van onze Safe Exam Workspace product bij grote (internationale) onderwijsinstellingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten onze oplossing succesvol implementeren en gebruiken. Dit is een veelzijdige rol waarbij je technische vraagstukken oplost, klanten traint en ondersteunt tijdens implementaties.

Je begeleidt het volledige implementatieproces, van de onboarding tot aan de overdracht aan de interne beheerteams van de klant. Daarnaast ondersteun je bestaande klanten met technische vragen en zorg je voor een soepele werking van onze software binnen hun IT-omgeving.

Je taken:

  • Begeleiden van nieuwe (internationale) klanten tijdens het implementatieproces.
  • Het geven van technische ondersteuning bij integraties en configuraties.
  • Organiseren en geven van trainingen aan IT-teams en key users.
  • Behandelen van technische supporttickets via Hubspot en Zendesk ticket portaal.
  • Verbeteren van onze documentatiewebsite om klanten en partners beter te ondersteunen.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met het product- en ontwikkelingsteam om klantfeedback door te geven en productverbeteringen te realiseren.
  • Bijdragen aan de verbetering van interne processen en ondersteuningshulpmiddelen.

Wat wij zoeken:

Wij zoeken een kandidaat met de volgende eigenschappen:

Communicatief vaardig:

  • Je bent het gezicht en eerste aanspreekpunt van Schoolyear voor onze klanten, grote onderwijsinstellingen (VO/MBO/HBO/WO).
  • Je geeft trainingen en demonstraties voor zowel IT-teams, functioneel beheerders en toets coördinatoren en bent het contactpunt op operationeel en strategisch niveau binnen een instelling.

Technisch onderlegd:

  • Basiskennis van integraties, API's, IT-beveiliging, IT infrastructuur is vereist.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig technische onderzoeken uit te voeren en oplossingsgericht te werken.

Proactief en klantgericht:

  • Je bent in staat om klantproblemen grondig te analyseren en duurzame oplossingen te bieden.
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en helpt hen om het maximale uit onze software te halen.

Zelfstandig en gestructureerd:

  • We zijn een jong, snelgroeiend bedrijf. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in je rol, wat betekent dat je zelfstandig kunt werken en prioriteiten kunt stellen in een dynamische omgeving.

Onze verwachtingen:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar professionele werkervaring in een technische support- of implementatierol binnen een complexere software- of IT-productomgeving.
  • Vloeiend in zowel gesproken als geschreven Nederlands en Engels op professioneel niveau.
  • Ervaring met software-implementaties bij grote accounts (enterprise) is een plus.
  • Ervaring in het onderwijs of publieke domein is een plus.
