Make an Impact in a Dynamic, International Environment as Data Business Analyst
Data is the foundation of a secure and future-proof bank. As a Senior Business Analyst (5+ year experience), you will play a crucial role in structuring, analyzing, and optimizing financial and risk data. In this dynamic, international setting, your work directly impacts the security and stability of the financial sector.
About the Role
As a key link between business and data teams, you will gather requirements, conduct impact assessments, and design scalable data solutions for a large-scale financial and risk data platform. This platform is vital for both internal decision-making and regulatory reporting. Working alongside eight Scrum teams, you will help modernize the bank's data infrastructure, ensuring compliance and future readiness.
Your key responsibilities include:
Translating complex business requirements into scalable data models and structures.
Analyzing and optimizing data flows to enhance security and reliability.
Collaborating with development teams to implement innovative data solutions.
Improving reporting capabilities for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

What You Bring
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Product Owner, or Solution Architect.
Background in the financial sector, preferably banking.
Strong expertise in Finance & Risk, data warehousing, and BI solutions.
Proficiency in Data Modeling (DataVault, dimensional), SQL, and Informatica.
Experience with large-scale, complex projects in an Agile environment.
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
